Kevin Whelan - The Chancellors Messenger

BOUND IN TRIBUTE

How do you commemorate over 35 years of continuous public service?

The majority of civil servants are silent & invisible. They do their job, day in & day out.

Kevin Whelan MBE is the Chancellor’s Messenger & has been for over 35 years. Recognition of his service came in the 2012 New Year Honours List.

Recently, the Chancellor’s Private Office approached us, looking to provide a fitting tribute to Mr. Whelan’s long service to all the Chancellors in office over his 35 years.

We conceived & created this book of handwritten personal messages from each Chancellor –penned on vellum parchment below the royal cipher.

Kevin Whelan quietly & efficiently does his job, building relationships with each of the Chancellors he works with. The Chancellors have revealed a personal & human side to their public persona in their tributes.

You know a great deal about the Chancellors: now you know a little about Kevin Whelan MBE, The Chancellor’s Messenger.
