Terms & conditions apply to your order: * - Only individuals who have been elected to the House of Commons are entitled to order a green box. - Entitled individuals may only order a maximum of one green box each and cannot order on behalf of or for any other individual. - Only an entitled individual’s own name and the name of the constituency where they were elected can be added to a green box. - If you have any special green box requirements Barrow, Hepburn & Gale will do its best to meet them for an additional charge but cannot guarantee to do so, and traditional design style, conventions and features will be respected and will not be altered. - By placing an enquiry on our website you are confirming you have been elected to the House of Commons and you are entitled to be associated with the use of the House of Commons Portcullis emblem on your green box and you give consent for Barrow, Hepburn & Gale to use the Portcullis emblem on your green box. - Each green box will be individually numbered in gold leaf and a record of the person elected to the House of Commons associated with the numbered green box will be kept by Barrow, Hepburn & Gale. Specific green box numbers cannot be ordered or reserved. - If you have elected to support our charity partner details of your donation, name and constituency will be shared with the charity. - After placing an enquiry on our website you will be emailed a quote to include the purchase of the box, additional charges for your personalisation choices and your charity donation. You must confirm approval of the quote to start the order process, and we will send an invoice for the 50% deposit. - The 50% deposit of total green box cost must be received in full to complete the order. This deposit is non-refundable. - All prices include VAT at the prevailing rate of 20%. - A green box will normally take 6 to 9 weeks to be handmade and delivered. - The final 50% will be invoiced once the box is ready for delivery. Delivery can only take place following receipt of the outstanding balance. - Delivery of green boxes will be by Barrow, Hepburn & Gale in person to the House of Commons and is free of charge. Delivery to any other address will be at an additional cost. - In any dispute relating to the number of green boxes ordered or what additions can be made to a green box (or about any other green box issue) Barrow, Hepburn & Gale’s decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
